If it's pink and fizzy, I'll drink it. Especially if it's champagne. Rosé champagne is made either by blending (adding a small amount of still red wine to white base wine) or the saignée method (macerating red grape skins with their juice). The latter produces a richer, more vinous style that's usually darker in color. Either way pour me a glass cuz it's going down the hatch, pronto.
