Braida Brachetto d'Acqui

Don't judge me, but I love pink, fizzy, off-dry wines. Brachetto has been a favorite of mine for years, and its aromas of tiny strawberries, fresh, fleshy figs, forest berries and baby pink rose are just transcendent. It's sweet, smooth, and the life of its own party which of course I want to crash any time it's open. Best with chocolate chip pancakes, French toast, cream- or jelly-filled donuts, and raspberry or strawberry pastries.
