Val delle Corti

Val delle Corti is a small producer in the hills of Radda, a central districts in the heart of Chianti Classico. It might come as no surprise that these wines are lifted, structured, clarion, limber yet mighty. Winemaker Roberto Bianchi also makes a fantastic Riserva and rosato scuro, or dark rosato, the latter of which is only available in Europe. Next time you're in Tuscany, hunt it down.

He also makes an olive oil that nearly made me weep when I first tasted it. He exudes talent, and knows how to move the human soul through flavor.
