Istine

Istine (pronounced EEES-tee-nay) is one of my absolute faves. I have a total girl crush on Angela Fronti, the winemaker. She is so insanely talented, and humble, and everything she touches turns to pure deliciousness. Her base Chianti Classico in the photo is wonderful - but dig into her single vineyards and prepare for your mind to expand in such a way that you'll see the rings of Jupiter up close in your mind. Don't miss her wildly crushable rosato, her vermouth, or her gin.
