Clos Cibonne 'Tentations' Côtes de Provence Rosé

If I could marry a rosé, this would be a front-runner. Every single vintage I've had of the 'Tentations' makes me swoon! Expressive with notes of crunchy white peach, smooth and just-ripe apricot, cut watermelon, and a kick of thyme blossom and rosebud. It's lip smacking, thirst quenching, and utterly drinkable. Can't find the current vintage? No problem - buy whatever vintage you can cuz this ages beautifully. Drink it anywhere and with anything, and let it warm up a little. If it's served too cold (read: RIGHT out of the fridge), you won't get all those pretty aromatics.
