Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé

I never pass up an opportunity to drink this rosé. It radiates grace and seduction (excuse me!?), and is oh-so-easy to drink.

Red berry flavors, citrus zest, gentle pink & white florals with a creamy mousse. It's a delectable accompaniment to a range of foods: fresh raspberries with a dollop of crème fraîche, lightly fried zucchini blossoms with fresh ricotta, silky chicken breast with herbs and mushrooms.

Thankfully Billecart is a medium-sized Champagne house so this is fairly easy to find. When you pop your next bottle, please invite me over. I'll be there in a jiffy!
