Bérêche 'Campania Remensis' Extra Brut

Lordy, is this wine one of my hands-down, slap-your-mother fave. It's vibrant, it's wonderful, and once it grabs a hold of you (fair warning, that'll be the first sip) it will never let you go.

It's one of those wines where you say, 'Gosh, it's so pale - could it really pack that much of a punch?' Prepare to be bowled over. Crushed pink rocks, mint, cranberry, snappy tiny wild strawberries, smacked pink and red flower petals...it's pure delight.

Organic. Mostly Pinot Noir with some Chardonnay and Meunier and a low dosage (read: it'll be bone dry).
