Ameztoi 'Rubentis' Getariako Txakolina Rosado

Dry with a gentle prickle typical for wines from this Basque area in Spain, Ameztoi is lovingly aka 'Jesus Juice' in some parts of the country. Refreshing, low ABV (only 10.5%!), and deliciously tart - think salted watermelon rind, lime zest, tart raspberry, and a clean, crisp, bright, and lively finish. While best shared out of a porrón, pour this from a little height to accentuate its fine bubbles.
