Travaglini Coste della Sesia Nebbiolo

Taleggio is a favorite washed-rind cheese in my household, and Nebbiolo of any sort matches it seamlessly. A new find for me (I know Travaglini's Gattinara better than I do this everyday bottling), I was so impressed by the finesse and ease of the Coste della Sesia. The tannins aren't coarse or rustic; in fact, its suppleness & scrumptiousness surprised and delighted me to no end! A great Tuesday night red that will bridge your gooey cheese starter and favorites items from the grill.
