Domaine Schoffit 'Harth - Cuvée Caroline' Gewürztraminer

Soft, dreamy & creamy, this Alsatian Gewürztraminer has notes of spun honey, ginger, lychee, lime blossom and rose petals. It has a luxurious texture that's silky and round, and it has just enough of a kiss of residual sugar to be off-dry which will make it friendly with biryani, curries, and all sauces that have cardamom, coriander, cumin, or chilis. Be careful of the alcohol level with Gewürztraminers, though! This one is 13.5%, but you really don't want to go above 14% as that could risk your chilis tasting even hotter.
