
I'm on a mission to open people's eyes to Verdicchio. It presents so similarly to Chablis, it ages just as well, and most of it is half the price of white Burgundy. This Verdicchio, from Matelica, is at a higher elevation in the foothills of the Apennines so there is more body and a bit more acidity - perfect for lemons!
