Call me crazy, but I feel like whenever I have this wine it stealthily creeps to the back of my palate where it balloons into a stirring cloud of flavor up and into my head, down my throat, and expanding out of my ears. Does that ever happen to you?

This bottling is racy, concentrated, and energetic with notes of ripe apple, currant and apricot, and tends to benefit from a few years of bottle age which allows deeper, more salty-savory notes to develop. Often overlooked and always delicious.
